What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept, card payment, payment via Paypal & also bank transfers. You can purchase from our website using either payment option. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email after you press the Pay by Cheque button containing all the details you need. If you pay by bank transfer Please email to say so as i do not check the bank daily.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes approx 5 working days after you place your order in the uk. There are no collections or deliveries on Sunday, If you require your product sooner we will always try to meet your requirements if this is possible. Once we have posted it i have no control over it, I do not know where it is. I cannot track it once its overseas, You should have the tracking details to do this
Can i return my item?
We can offer a refund or exchange if the item is faulty. There is a 20% restocking fee, And we do not pay for the return postage
How much is the posting to Europe & World wide?
Postage Has Gone Up After Leaving The Eu Charges To Some Places Are A Lot More Than Before Weight & Sizes For Parcels Have Altered Also The Website Adds The Posting Wrong Sometimes It will Charge For Each Item Bought if This Happens You Will Be Refunded The Over Charged Amount
I Have Bought Three Item's & The Postage Is To High
Please Email Prior To Payment, for An Amended Bill The postage is worked out on a weight / points system Also postage has altered in price due to the pandemic So if the postage is more to you, now we will ask you if you want to pay the extra or cancel the order
Can I make my own indicator & light choice?
Yes, You can pick the indicators from any we have in stock & the brackets to fit them, To make your bike as you want it
I want a mudguard kit, but not the indicators or the brackets that is with it, Can I swap them for another type
Yes you can have what you want, As long as there the right ones for the bike/ placement on the bike
Can I Collect My Order?
We Are An Internet Based Shop If Possible We Can Arrange A Time For You To Collect Your Order, To suit both partys You Need To Email Or Ring To Arrange A Time, BUT We Are Not About All The Time, Due To Making, Collecting Parts. We Are Not Open 24 hrs
My Fibreglass Part / Mudguard Has Marks / Scratch's On
FIBREGLASS PARTS ARE NOT SOLD AS A PAINTED FINISH THEY ARE JUST MADE IN BLACK WERE MOST COMPANY'S PRODUCE IN WHITE OR GREY They Can Be Used As Is OR PAINTED IF YOU WANT A PAINTED FINISH ASK FOR A PRICE TO HAVE IT PAINTED DO NOT BUY A PART THEN MOAN IT HAS MARKS ON FIBREGLASS PARTS SHOULD BE FITTED TO YOUR BIKE PRIOR TO PAINTING TO ENSURE A PERFECT FIT, & MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS IF NEEDED
Can you post two or more painted parts as one ?
Yes if its a front & rear mudguard for say a Bonneville, were you can safely pack one inside the other No if its a rocket 3 belly pan & front muguard As it would be a to large box to send Therefore its sometimes cheeper & safer to send them separate
Why Can I Not Pay With Pay Pal
Pal Pay Charge To Much For Large Payments
