Delivery and Returns
- We provide standard delivery to UK addresses. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment and will normally be delivered within 2 to 3 (working) days subject to any delivery instructions you have selected when placing your order.
- We accept returns only if goods are faulty or damaged and reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.. All returns must be received in the same condition and packaging we sent them. Postage charges will not be refunded on unwanted items.
- To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused and in a resalable condition. If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
- If an item arrives faulty or damaged we will advise the customer how to return the item with all return costs covered by us if the item / items were found to be faulty. Replacements & refunds will be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items only.
- Orders for Delivery Outside the United Kingdom - The products specified on this website are suitable and approved for use for customers within the United Kingdom.
- Customers who choose to purchase items for usage and distribution to locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and have a personal responsibility regarding compliance with local laws.
- For buyers outside of the European Union, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
